After years of successful growth and development, Florida can no longer compete primarily as a low cost state. This is a sign of progress for Florida, but puts increasing pressure on the State to ensure that it provides an overall business climate conducive to the creation, growth, retention, and recruitment of businesses.

Competitive incentives, predictable business costs, small business support, and a friendly tax and regulatory environment are essential.
